ABOUT

 

Pieces of the Puzzle Learning Center, LLC is a source of academic, socio-emotional, spiritual and vocational acquistion and retention for students in grades K5-8th in regular education and those with special needs in South Carolina.



Pieces of the Puzzle Learning Center creates a space where our children come to get academically equipped, but also to acquire socio-emotional, entrepreneurial and vocational skills, to get planted in a strong spiritual foundation in Christ and to have a chance to build powerful and lasting relationships with their peers within their community.  We place a high value on the children's spiritual gifts and natural talents, assessing and observing them to see how we could best nurture their individual gifts and strengths. With the mindset that "it takes a village to raise a child", Pieces of the Puzzle Learning Center aspires to collaborate with others within the community to show our youth that we are so much better when we build together!     

  

Staff

Our staff has years of experience working with children in our local school districts and other varying capacities. Pieces of the Puzzle Learning Center requires staff to be loving, cheerful, enthusiastic, respectful, fun, and encouraging towards all children. Staff must pass criminal history checks and be CPR and First Aid certified. We take pride in our staff being active participants in our youth's experiences at Pieces of the Puzzle Learning Center. Our younger staff bring in new youthful insight and creative ideas.

Employment 

At Pieces of the Puzzle Learning Center we are always looking for after school teachers who are 16 years of age and older, love working with children, and have the necessary experience. All  employees have to undergo criminal background checks that are mandated by the company.
